Refund Policy

At Pinjarra Pilates, we strive to provide high-quality Pilates classes and exceptional service to all our clients. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing any class packs:

Class Packs: We offer class packs of 5, 10, and 20 sessions. These packs are non-refundable.

Expiration Dates: Class packs have expiration dates to encourage regular attendance and commitment to your practice. Please refer to your class pack purchase receipt for specific expiration dates.

Transferability: Class packs are non-transferable between clients and cannot be shared. They are intended for use by the purchaser only.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that circumstances may arise where you are unable to attend a scheduled class. However, class pack purchases are non-refundable even in the event of cancellation. No refunds will be issued if a class is cancelled within 24 hours of the commencement time.

Exceptions: In rare cases of medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, exceptions to our refund policy may be considered at the discretion of Pinjarra Pilates management.

By purchasing a class pack, you agree to abide by our no refund policy outlined above.
